    Qualifications:

    • Expertise in AI, machine learning, data science, or asset management (or equivalent experience).

    • Proficiency in tools such as Python, TensorFlow, SAP PM, Maximo, or other relevant platforms.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on first-principles thinking.

    • Experience in optimizing end-to-end value chains, ideally in asset lifecycle management, manufacturing, or logistics for the above-mentioned industry sectors.

    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn rapidly, and work collaboratively.

    • Passion for delivering client-centric solutions and advancing Lighthouse Consulting AS’s vision.
